Had our bay window broken close to closing time , this company went above and beyond for us they were out to our house within half an hour of our call knowing that it is going to get cold out and it's going to take a few days for the window to be made they came to our house put a board up to make sure our window was secure until the new one could be installed . The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W.
Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather.
No charge!
