Restaurant Ruby Rouge is located in the heart of Chinatown, close to the metro Place d'Armes, Palais des Congres, Old Montreal, Place des Arts, the entertainment district, hotels, attractions.
Unhelpful, unpleasant staff.

Lack of dim sum variety. They only had 5 carts.

Waitress even complain when we didn't give a 15% tip for their less than mediocre service.
Situated in the heart of Chinatown, this restaurant serves great dim sums of all kinds for a reasonable price. I suggest that you go to Rubis Rouge during noon, when the dim sum is the freshest.
I often go there during family gatherings where I eat Rubis Rouge's delicious Ha Gao (Shrimp Dumpling)
