We are a military family new to the area, and requested to have a 2005 Shadow to have it safety inspected. Within 5 mins of dropping it off, received a call saying that the bike is too custom, and they wouldn’t even take a look at it. I was shocked at first; no feedback on what potentially it would need, no discussion on whether the investment to replace parts would be worth the cost, no discussion whatsoever.
So I will continue to search for a shop that will consider working with the consumer.
