I had some pain and they were able to get me in right away. I thought the staff were nice and was treated great. I left with my teeth taken care of and I felt great. I brought my daughter there after and she was well taken care of and enjoyed the experience as well
Perhaps one of the worst dental offices I've been to. After getting done two fillings, both of them got infected. I went to see the dentist immediately, he prescribed me antibiotics and said something about the nerves being too exposed in both teeth. So they quoted me two root canals ON TOP of what I've paid already for the fillings!

To address your concerns, the choice between fillings and root canals is always on a case-by-case basis, and every tooth in each patient is different. Temperature sensitivity doesn't necessarily mean that someone needs a root canal, but it can be a symptom of something that is bad enough to require a root canal. If someone has a large cavity, and it's big enough that drilling the decay out and filling it would compromise the wall of the tooth, then the dentist is more likely to recommend a root canal. But 'big enough' is subjective and depends on the tooth and where it's placed in your mouth.
