    I hired Les to develop a basement suite for my home in November of 2020, completed April 2021. The suite is not even 2 years old and has had several problems due to poor workmanship, such as leaks, floor damage due to rotten subfloor, broken closet shelves due to improper installation. I do not recommend Les and his team for any renovations.
