Tim Hortons

Had to wait to place order in the store. There were three tables filled at the time. Ordered two chicken wraps, 2 potato fries, and a small and large tea ordered one timbit at the time. Potatoes were done well before the wraps and by the time we were at the table they were cold. I went up for another timbit as a surprise for my granddaughter and was told I could not get one as I had to order a drink I showed her I had ordered two drinks and two meals but was still told no. Will not be back

I just wanna point out the staff who did my girlfriend's order this morning, roughly around 10:30am. So I know when we order at Starbucks, they usually ask your name to put on the cup,not at Tim hortons!!!, so this filipino guy, ask for my girlfriend's name (weird right) and to follow up, asked for her phone number as well! I just find it unprofessional for people who's trying to hit customer's up. I mean, atleast have some sort of decency to do that while you are off duty! Duh!!!

I stopped for a breakfast sandwich this morning, I ordered the new everyt bagel with bacon and a large coffee. The bagel was hard and the egg inside was cold and it had only 2 little pieces of bacon and they charged me extra $.30 for one little slice of cheddar cheese... absolute disappointment and waste of my time and money. It seemed that my sandwich had been pre-made and was just sitting there for who knows how long ... then I came along and they pawned it off on me. I won't come back
