I come to Ben's usually to catch up with my family since we all love it there. We had the best dining experience at lunch today. We spent the last two days in the hospital so we were in need of a good lunch. Stacey was phenomenal!!! It was pretty busy but she looked after us like were only patrons. She was very efficient and friendly. You can tell she enjoys her job as I watched smiling and laughing with everyone she was waiting on. She suggested the new cauliflower wings and they were to die for. My husband and I dined at La Casa on Saturday night. We started with Mussels for appetizer - delicious...I wanted to drink the sauce it was so good. We also shared a Ceasar Salad. The dressing was very nice, perhaps a bit too much garlic (a little too overwhelming). Still tasty though. I ordered lobster pasta, all I can say is DELICIOUS! So tasty. I brought some home and was looking forward to eating it again the next day for lunch. My husband ordered beef tenderloin. Again, delicious! Tender, perfectly cooked and tasty. The waiter was very professional and friendly. We had a great time and a fantastic meal. No wonder La Casa is still one of the best restaurant's in London. It's so nice to go out for dinner and receive a great meal. The meals are not pretentious or overpriced (unlike other London restaurants in the downtown area). The food is simply delicious. A pleasant stop if you are in Ilderton, and especially if you are a fan of a pub atmosphere and cask conditioned ale. I've been here several times, and I usually stick with the nachos because they are a great value and are also quite tasty. But I have had the Steak and Guinness Pie which is also quite the treat. Service has always been great when I have been. I always get a few pints of cask ale when I go, and am never disappointed. It is always fresh and well kept. Rich is a true cellarmaster and knows his beer. As a result, this is a destination for lovers of true cask ale, and the only place in the south west of Ontario to try this unique style of ale. The atmosphere is comfy, nice booths, a bar to sit at, a seperate room with televisions for those inclined to watch a game, and there is also a large screen in the main room for the larger events. Overall, highly a recommended stop if you are in Ilderton or area. No where else near here can you get cask ale, great service, and really tasty food. I'll be back! Read more

Since moving to the north end of London in 2011, my family has started to frequent this restaurant. The staff is always pleasant. Have never had poor service in the year that we've been going. Breakfast is good, except sometimes the homefries are a bit cold/frozen. The specials at dinner are a reasonable price for all that you get.
