My husband and I live in Toronto and had a storage unit in Allison and we were positive that we had lost the key and needed the lock cut or “popped”. We contacted these guys and without hesitation we’re told that he could be there within two hours and gave us a very, very reasonable charge for the service. Doctor Sharma was extremely understanding as well as patient during the entire painless process. Rather than rushing any judgement she re-assured I was comfortable. I will definitely be returning. We first met Paul four years ago when we were trying to find a daycare facility that would take our two pups ages 9 weeks and 5 years old for a few hours while we attended the funeral of a family member in Orillia. We called on the way up from Toronto and Paul happened to be available and accommodating. He had a litter of Labs around the same age of Forest and he put Forest with his litter.
