Great food that is well priced keeps us coming back over and over again. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular but it is clean and well maintained. It simply doesn't wow. We drop in frequently for a quick meal and order one of the vermicelli bowl dishes. Coupled with green tea it makes for a very tasty and satisfying meal. When we visit with more people we like to order a variety of dishes and have yet to be disappointed. The sizzling seafood platter is particularly tasty. Overall not a particularly flashy restaurant, but great food at good prices keeps us coming back over and over again. Read more

I went to the new Beijing Legend restaurant on Bank with my wife and our friends. My wife is Chinese and is picky about your 'authentic flavour'. The atmosphere of this place is very nice and better than other Chinese restaurants I have been. The workers all wear nice uniform and great you with a smile. This restaurant has only been open a few weeks so the service was a little slow. I don't think it was a big concern as it was much faster than most restaurants around(just not compared to normal Chinese food). The best thing about Beijing Legend was the taste of the food. We ordered a fish dish, pork dish with mushrooms and a tofu dish. We started the meal with a nice soup. Each dish brought a smile to our faces and we were surprised how good it tasted. The portions were large and even with 4 of us we had to take some home. Currently Beijing legend is CASH ONLY however I believe that will change soon. They also will have their liquer licence soon so once they have that it will be an even better experience. My wife and I look forward to going again soon. Read more

Great atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious! I have been to this same place many times now because I can't stop going back! The plates are presented so nicely and you can tell they take their time to ensure the food is of high quality. Never once have I had to return an item. This is one of the first resturant take out places we have found in our relocation to the Ottawa area from West of toronto. The food is consistantly fresh and hot.
