I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). Robin S was great. She listened to our complaint of constant rising costs for unused services. She understood our customer frustration and arranged a cheaper package that offers only the channels we want. We left with a smile and gratitude. The only reason I don't add a 5th star is that the extra $12 for Internet and phone as of Sept. 1 will reduce the actual savings we enjoyed briefly.
