Fabulous flavours! Large portions. Chef was the best! Good variety to choose from. We had the seafood platter which came with salmon fillets, giant shrimp, muscles, large rings of squid on a large bed of rice topped with a stir fry of veggies. Delicious!! Vi Ann Restaurant is one of the best place in Winnipeg. I always go there with my family. We really love their food. The place is nice. If you are looking for good and affordable food, you should visit this place. All the staff are very approachable and friendly. Their BBQ Duck soup with Egg or with Rice noodle is the best in Winnipeg!! It is far better in Many Chinese Restaurants we had tried. The portion is very big and it will make you full. Very highly recommendable!
