Mr Graf and Riley quite possibly saved my life when I limped in to their shop. Even though they are heavy duty shop they were gracious enough to repair the wheel on my small SUV. I was driving from Nelson to Calgary when my wheel started making noise and eventually shaking. They found that it was about to actually fall off and had one stud shorn off! They could have easily hustled me off to another shop (all in town were extremely busy) but they took the time to help out a traveller in need. Read more

Well, I can see why this KAL TIRE has an almost perfect rating ! As just my good luck would have it, my transmission coolant hose popped off right in front of Kal Tire. It looked like a quart of spilt truck blood on the snow. Chris was AWESOME. Without waiting he went underneath and fixed the hose and refilled my transmission fluid, giving me expert advice in the process about how it all worked.
