I Just called to adjust a booking. I was put on hold, however, the staff member came back on the line 3 times to tell me she hadn't forgot about me. When she came back for the 3rd time she said she was sorry but they were very busy and took my number and said she would call me back. Her name was Tracey.

I received a gift ceritificate to this restaurant as a welcome to Belleville present and it was BY FAR the best thing given to me since my family and I relocated here. We had the best experience from entry to exit. The staff is so warm, welcoming and accommodating to our every need. We were looking for a place to watch the Euro 2012 final and we decided to visit this place. When we walked in, the place was empty, apparently the downstairs doesn't open until much later than the upstairs. So, we decided to head upstairs. It was empty, there were only three people behind the bar (all servers) and us. We chose the table which was facing the TV screens. We asked the one server if she could lower the music and turn up the volume on the TVs. She asked her manager and gladly did so, she was very kind about it. The upstairs is huge, there are tons of tables and a few pool tables as well. There are also a ton of TV screens throughout the whole area. We ordered a bunch of appetizers as we were going to be there for a while. We first ordered the chicken wings. We ordered the first batch with mild barbeque sauce, and the second batch with honey mustard sauce. The mild barbeque ones were okay, but the honey mustard ones were awesome! I highly recommend the honey mustard ones. The only thing I found about the wings were that they were expensive, only eight small wings for $10, pretty pricey if you ask me. Then we ordered the smokehouse poutine; pretty good poutine but again, very pricey, $11 and it was a small dish. The next item was the spinach dip, this dip is beyond amazing, you definitely need to try it! It comes with a large serving of pitas and the spinach dip was warmed to perfection, AMAZING! After that, we tried the brie calzone, which was a huge disappointment. It was just a huge pocket of air, with a small lining of brie cheese and a small salad on the side, very disappointing. I wouldn't order it again only because it cost $10 and it wasn't that good. The service was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. I would visit again and try a few different items. It's worth a shot, it might satisfy your taste buds!

After a long drive from Hamilton I was ready to eat anything, and this was in sight from where I had to go. As soon as my business was done I headed in, not realising that it was already 9:15 and they close at 9:30 on a Monday. After I had filled my first plate the hostess informed me of the closing time, but she said that I was welcome to fill up as many plates as I liked and eat at my leisure while they packed up. So I did, and washed them down with a Tsing Tao. I found the food to be the equal of other buffets I have visited, just wish I could have had more time, but that wasn't their fault.

Fajitas were fantastic but steak was quite tough though cooked to order - had much better quality steak, I am thinking..We both found the gravy to be very salty and lumpy, and the steamed veggies tasted odd. Server was very friendly, helpful, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Will probably be back but would not order the steak again.
