This company YYZ Realty is great but the greatest part is our Salesperson Garry Hazin he is the BEST very professional he has a great sense of humor he had us smiling and laughing, we always felt appreciated after seeing him he is the nicest Salesperson we have met so far he made looking for a place very comfortable and easy. Fantastic Service

Dealing with YYZ Realty was easy with no pressure, their agent Garry Hazin was very knowledgeable and courteous to my needs as a first time home buyer. He went out of his way to get things done for me which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase their first home.

Don't hate the company, hate the employee.

Gary Hazin was a poor agent to deal with. Awful at setting up a time to view the place (won't go into detail). Sat down and made himself comfortable while I looked around the place, not very helpful with questions. Was very ageist repeatedly asking if I was aware of the price of the unit. Ask for his card, he gave me one with a different agents name. Got to talking a bit more and when I told him what my salary was, he then asked for the card back and wrote his cell number on the back. Insulting.
