    Absolutely wonderful! Very personable and relaxed . Mary makes anyone feel at home... Just like visiting a friend youve known forever. Hypnosis was exactly what I needed and I received the very best from Mary. Highly recommended

    I went to see Mary for Hypnosis several times in my third trimester. I was nervous about the birth and finding it hard to make time for relaxation. I had never experienced hypnosis before; Mary explained the process and ensured that I was comfortable. Immediately, I relaxed and by the end of the session, I felt deeply rested. My experience during labour was amazing: I felt strong, confident and calm. I know my time with Mary made the difference that day. Thank you, Mary!

    Can't say enough about how happy I have been with my sessions with Mary. Experienced immediate pain and anxiety relief after hypnosis and reiki. Mary is a truly gifted healer with experience in many modalities allowing her to customize the experience to individual needs. She is my first call when sciatica acts up, IBS is flared up or need to be grounded a clear during difficult times. Her spirit and energy are frankly...amazing!

    As soon as you're in Mary's vicinity you feel safe, calm and comfortable. Her warmth radiates through you. Mary has helped me through some really tough emotional and physical times using whatever methods she saw fit depending on the day. It's not all black and white and she gets that. I highly recommend Mary to anybody who needs help with... pretty much anything.
