Wow Mobile inside Orchard Park Mall sold me a Koodo sim card 2 days ago. The sim card did not work at all so I called Koodo customer support. After trouble shooting with Koodo for hours, they came to the conclusion that the sim card was faulty and I could expect a replacement at no cost. Wow mobile refused to refund or replace the sim card they had sold me a day earlier. I find it hard to believe a company can sell you a faulty product with zero recourse. In short, Wow Mobile scammed me. Beware
