easy to recommend,they go above and beyond when servicing your car or truck.They let you know if your car is safe to go on the road.Had a water pump belt frayed in half,they spotted it,advised me about and fixed same day.Great service
it has been several months since I had some problems with Mastertek they have now cleared up all problems with me today paid me back in full and honoured our original agreement that to me shows real integrity i'm very thankful that this was cleared up and even though I was angry I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone
I have been using Mastertek for all my car repairs & oil changes for over a year now. I highly recommend them to all my friends because of their honest, reliable way of doing business. I began using them when I decided to double check my long list of "necessary" repairs that the car dealership said I definitely needed to have done NOW. Being a senior woman I felt that they might be taking advantage of me....I was right. Rob (the owner) went over the list & my car...90% of the list was bunk.
YEA! I received my refund check. Thank you!!!! The cheque was way more than I thought. It should have been just for the alternator, but Rob gave me the labour costs as well. It took awhile but was worth the wait. Sorry for questioning if the cheque would ever come.
